Making the Link is a really great event where there is over 75 vendors focused toward our seniors. We advertise and have case managers, social workers and discharge planners and many others in the medical fields come in so they have a chance to see us all together and see their options for their patients.
Heart disease is a serious matter, we hear about it every day in our senior industry, I too am a heart patient, had an ablation 7/2011, after 9 years dealing with my issue, I was able to participate in this walk 3 months after my ablation. Still doing well 4 years later.
